  Nightmare! ! They talk a good talk but don't walk the good walk. Brought my fiancé car here to get a sound system and LED kit put in. All seemed and sounded great and a very reasonable price until I showed up to pick up the car. Unfinished work, some of the LEDS where not working, black tape everywhere, unprotected wires just laying all over the place and last but not least my back windshield wiper all of a sudden stopped working and a back tail light was flickering and my car would not stay running and had to be jumped every time I turned it off and wanted to start it back up it needed a jump start. I did call and bring all this to their attention and had the worst customer service experience ever. They went on to say " if I didn't buy cheap stuff of Amazon i wouldn't have these problem's, they also said if anymore work needed to be done that they would be charging me $75 a hour after they already agreed to do EVERYTHING for $250. After fighting and arguing they finally agreed to finish the work they started and agreed to do, But they said nothing else unless I paid them more. So we brought it back and I showed them how much of a unhappy customer I was and then the installer that attempted to install our equitment previously in the first place he began to fight with me about everything. Finally I just neutralized the situation by agreeing with everything he said just to get him to stop talking and to get start working on the car and finishing the job he started. When said and done he did finish it but not without a fight and shifty, rushed, unprofessional work and unprofessional business . Although he finished the work the second time around, on the way home the car completely turned off as I was driving and shorted out everything again. I'm going to try and post pictures . Don't bring your car here if you want professionalism because they are far from professional. Consumer beware! !! My fiancé has missed work do to this because she has not been able to drive the car in the condition they left it and gave it to us in. This whole exprence with this place was a absolute joke and nightmare unfortunately. We Asked for a refund but they would not refund us.

  You messed up a friends car. Completely removed and tore out the OEM fuse and link and hooked everything up wrong. You Obviously don't know what your doing.
