  Phoned and was told to send an email with pictures of couch to be covered, then come to showroom to pick fabric. Sent email with pictures. Stated in email that cushions were not removable. Three days after sending email, drove 16 miles to show room (which was very messy) to pick fabric and get a estimate. Was told immediately upon arrival that they read the email and did not do couches with cushions that that weren't removable. They couldn't be bothered to send an email telling me that before we made the trip.
