Reviews about Just the Right Stuff

Our department decided to order jackets from Jut the Right Stuff based on a recommendation from another department. We had first checked out the fleece, but a request for a more durable jacket was put in by a coworker and we opted for the OGIO Endurance Velocity Jacket, which was priced at about $16 more than the original fleece we were viewing. Our rep Dennis was very quick with responding and included us in the decisions leading up to the embroidery process. Upon delivery of the jackets, we were happy with the design, but very unhappy with the jacket. The jacket was much lighter than we had anticipated, which was a big surprise to us. This $50 jacket did not seem to be worth the price at all- as we all know, we can get a windbreaker for half that at any retail store. Additionally, the jackets were much smaller than anticipated. Dennis had sent a sizing chart with measurements based on the chest area, but did not account for any hip measurements. Though most of us ordered up a size, the jackets do not fit. This poses another problem as we are unable to wear anything underneath the jacket to provide any kind of warmth. Of course, we are unable to return the jackets are they are customized with our logo. Dennis did offer a price cut of $10, but as previously said- we feel the jackets are worth $25 at most. My recommendation to anyone working with Just the Right Stuff is to go to the store and check out the apparel themselves- do not rely on the sales rep as a lot of information will be left out (the website description did not allude to how light weight the material was). We recognize our mistake and unfortunately we're out $50 on a product we're unwilling (and most are unable) to wear.
