  Manny's customer service is, excusably, the worst I have experienced. Their prices may be competitive and the online shopping may be convenient but IT IS NOT WORTH IT! Buy elsewhere! They will twist your order, refuse to take responsibility and then charge your credit card for their mistake. Manny's was out of the item I purchased at Christmas, so they sent me the "closest item" to what I purchased. Unacceptable. When I notified them of the problem, I shipped the item back to them and THEY MADE ME PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING ON THEIR MISTAKE?! It's nearly three months since this mistake, and they are still refusing to accept responsibility and credit my card.
