  Purchased Shadow of War for the Xbox One. Needs Xbox Live and internet to play. I don’t have either, therefore there is no way for me to play this game I purchased. Requiring these things shows just how greedy this company is. Microsoft, you lost some lifetime customers, my family and I will NEVER purchase from you. To customers reading this, there’s a reason why PlayStation 4 is more popular. Go Sony.

  Super helpful staff!! I went in due to a problem with my xbox one controller they had me all set in about ten minutes and got me a replacement no charge. They were quick and very nice!
