  Walked around the store 25 min. Someone was on the phone for 10 min. Kept saying he would be with is and kept answering more calls. We left. Thought the store was in disarray. Samples and remnants everywhere. Could be better organized. Outside does not give customers a good first impression. Sidewalk snowcovered and sloppy. I do like your radio ad. Hope others have a good experience.

  Pat and his team were extremely helpful when I was looking for an affordable carpet selection for my house. His staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand what my needs were and find me a good match! The installation team was quick and professional. I would recommend National Carpet to anyone looking for a satisfying experience.
