  When I first entered the store it was at least 4 associates standing around the counter and I had to wait at least 5 or so minutes before someone approached me. I already knew what I wanted and I had driven pretty far to get there. The manager of the store finally approached me and she was rude and never smiled until I tried my best to lighten the mood and say something to see if she even could smile because I was starting to think the muscles in her face didn't work. I know that may sound a little mean but she made me feel uncomfortable and I've never experienced a jewelry associate like her. Had I not driven so far I definitely wouldn't have still purchased anything and If she sets the example for the staff then I see why they were all standing around and not trying to help customers.
