  I waited 10+ minutes in line while a employee was helping a customer with what balloons she wanted to purchase. I was one of six people waiting in line while this employee worked with this customer. I was about to say something when she finally called up another associate to help on another register, at this point I had been waiting 15 minutes. When I finally got to the register I was not greeted or asked how I was doing. I basically had to guess what to do through the whole transaction because the associate never once gave me any direction. Once I was done paying I stood there in silence while she worked on some papers on the side never making eye contact with me the whole transaction. I waited about 30 seconds or so for the receipt to print. She then put the receipt in the bag and said there you go then tell me to have a nice day I felt like I was put off and that she had other things to do that were more important.
