  I went to Syracuse industrial supply to purchase a router bit and was not sold to me. I was from out of town working on a project here in the area and the owner refused to sell me the bit needed due to drama with a local builder. The owner then told me he didn’t have any in stock, as i walked out he then offered to sell to me at double the cost. I have never been so disrespected by a supply company or anyone!!! High quality tools, low quality people...
