  The worst customer service I ever experienced !!! I had ATT for 7 years, and always was happy with their customer service until I went to this location. My cousin was under my contract for 4 years ans she just starts her job and she wanted to have her own contract since my 2 year contract was over. she had a great credit report and no problems to get the contract. Only one problem: this location treated like she was obligated to anything, didn't explain her anything or what plans they have available. They just try to give her some expensive plan without understanding her needs or caring about anything, not a single smile was giving. We end up just leaving the store and she went with version. There was this jacked guy with tattoos on his arm ( nothing wrong with tattoos just easier to identify), totally unprofessional and with attitude
